Overseas Shipping:

A charge of $15.00 will appear on your initial order. Additional charges may be added to your account after shipping if they apply. All overseas orders will be insured and charged accordingly. This does not apply to U.S. Military bases located overseas.

Payment Options/Website Orders:

A Bunch of Bows accepts a variety of payment options. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, and we also accept PayPal. Your order will be placed using the Yahoo! Secure Server. If you would like to pay by check or money order, you may select items as usual on the website. Instead of submitting your order through the computer, simply print out the order form and mail with your payment. All orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed.

Phone Orders:

If you prefer, any item on this website can be ordered by phone. Just call us toll-free at 866/225-BOWS and we'll be happy to help you! You may give your credit card number over the phone, or can pay for your purchase with a personal check or money order. Personal check orders are held until the checks clear.

Taxes:

Orders originating from the state of Missouri will be charged the current sales tax rate.

Returns/Exchange Policy:

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! Every hairbow you find at abunchofbows.com is handmade. If we ever ship you an item that is defective, we will happily replace it for you at our expense. It is our policy to not re-sell products that have been returned, so for that reason we do not accept returns on hair bows and accessories. The sizes of each bow are stated in each product description, and you may compare sizes and decide on clip selections by checking our Size and Clip Information Chart page on the website. If you are unsure of a color selection, we can send you swatches to help you make your selection. If you decide you would like to exchange bows within 14 days of your receipt, you will receive a 50% credit towards new bows because the bows returned cannot be re-sold. Shipping charges are not refundable. Bows must be returned in original packaging and packed nicely in the box. Bows returned in padded envelopes will not be accepted. Baby/Infant Lace Headbands can be exchanged for different sizes without penalty, as long as they have not been worn. Infant Stick-on bows made be returned unopened and unused for a refund minus a $4.00 restocking fee.
